As my SGPT is high n itching problem in palm n feet n little bit on body ..so my gynaecologist has prescribed me ODILIVE tablet ..is there any risk of pre term birth ?n in ultrasound the cord is showing around neck of baby ..will it affect normal delivery r the cord is generally like this in starting of 8th month n later it will change the position?
Firstly, raised LFT indicates ICP- intra hepatic cholectasis of pregnancy which in worse cases leads to pre term labor.. so generally once you start medicines, repeat lft after 15 days to compare with the previous ones.. secondly, cord around neck is commonly seen and never hampers in normal delivery..

There is no risk of preterm delivery but if your liver enzymes keep on rising the doctor might have to deliver you earlier which maybe difficult vaginally as the baby will be preterm and hence a Caesarean can be considered
