As the name suggests this exercise when done looks like your baby is learning to pedal a bicycle. Bicycle exercise is one of the most simple and super effective exercises to make your babies do when they suffer from bloating, gas, or constipation. Thie exercise is also great for strengthening the bones and muscles, improving flexibility, and reducing muscle tension.
To perform this exercise:

Make your baby lie on his/her back.
Massage your baby well with natural oil or moisturizer.
Hold both the knees straight down.
Now slowly take one knee up to the chest. Hold it for 2-3 seconds.
Slowly get it to the original position.
Repeat the same with the other leg.
Repeat this exercise 3-4 times for each side.

Note: Be extremely gentle while exercising your baby. Avoid any kind of jerks or sudden movements.
