As we all know, Banana contains too many nutritional values, rich in calcium..always suggested for weight gain ..kids; like its taste very much..we daily give it to our kidoos in any form , either as fruit, in milk shake, in sabji, in cake etc.. but ,, sometimes in winter or monsoon;; we feared that if it cause cold or cough in kids? nd cant give it to them..
plz ans...everyone , what you think about this high calory rich fruit? i m too confuse about it..bcz my both kids like bananas veryy much..
