asha chaudhry I was very determined to loose weight after my c section, preeclampsia and all complications later..last year I lost 18 kgs with sheer hard work motivation and dedication. And now presently I can't even push myself out of bed in the mornings, I hate to think of any pending chores, my room my clothes wardrobe everything in mess, can't just think straight on what needs to be done. Also stopped gym, indulging in comfort food all the time seeing myself put on weight and not willing to do anything about it. All this after my DnC. I wish I get my mojo back but sometimes I feel I am done taking efforts. Things went haywire even after all the hardwork I put.

hi komal, you have to pull yourself together, like rebecca said, she has given perfect advise. get yourself involved in work and hobbies and friends. getting stressed is not going to do you any good. plus, get a good workout, it will help you to uplift your mood...lots of hugs and love your way dear...
