Hello Dr.; My LO is about to complete 1 yr I m still breastfeeding sometimes it happens that I got painful lumps in my left breast it was not milk ducts I came to knw it is infection. Want to know what causes it n how to treat it? It hurts a lot.. Should I continue feeding or not?

First consult your doctor about it. Whether it's normal lump or what.

When did the lumps begin? Please show it to ur gynaecologist and get assessed for breast infection. U may need to start antibiotics.
Cause for infection could be nipple cracks or clogged milk ducts
Please continue feeding
