Hello Dr., i want to enquire regarding hygiene during menstrual phase...i used to get eczima patches followed by itching on my hip during periods which continues till i go to doc...i am really irritated n frustated do to this prob...plz help me...

Please don't use anything except plain water near your private parts.... No v wash at all.. Also you should use pads or tampons and change them frequently every 6hrs for pads and 4 hrs if you are tampons... Each time you use washroom clean the area properly with plain water and pat it dry and wear a new <u>pad</u>
