How much is your BP ? I have been going through all this off and on. Nothing much to worry. My doctor is not worried even if she sees 60/90. Take ORS to increase BP. Had bad cough also. Try honeytus and homeopathic medicine for a week.; I feel breathless from around 20th week only. So, don't worry. Give yourself time. Have to bear pain to get this new creature 😊

Pregnancy can be a tough time for some women and yours does look like is been hard lately. U just need to remember that while u keep trying to address all these issues with home remedies and sometimes medicines, u also need to try not to stress much. Honestly I have seen and it’s been proven too that the best way to handle your pregnancy, birth and early parenting challenges is to have a positive frame of mind, stay relaxed, think of the cause and try to address it and not to forget that “it’s a phase” and it will pass. Its hard but it’s not going to kill u. You and your baby will be fine as long as u are both happy, we’ll connected and are making an effort to stay afloat 😊 So besides this gyan that I think is more useful than any other tips, here are a few: 1. Water is very important - keep sipping and it’s ok to go to the loo often. 2. Eat as many small meals as y feel like eating. Follow your instincts. Try to eat what’s recommended but it’s ok to deviate a bit of that’s what u really want. If you can trust your body and follow your intuition, you won’t go wrong 3. Maybe u need to do some more exercise to make your body and your lungs stronger. Try prenatal yoga or aerobics. Regular exercise actually makes u less tired. Releases endorphins that makes u feel better and helps prepare your body for birth & after All the best
