As long as your pregnancy is healthy, ofcourse u can.. infact its a wonderful exercise that helps strengthen your leg muscles that are used in labor. Go ahead and keep climbing. Just be careful not to trip & fall
I asked the same question to my doc and she replied with this-‘ you aren’t ill, u r pregnant.. you can take stairs as long u dont fall or get stressed!
So take stairs where ever necessary otherwise walking is the best exercise I hv experienced till now!
