#askneha mam its my peak time so i want to know how to get a proper sleep as its paining in my hands and legs at night due to swelling.

Maybe u need some more exercise in the day to improve blood circulation, reduce swelling and get better sleep. U can either do a brisk walk for 30-45 mins or prenatal yoga or aerobics. This shud help.
