Hi Doctor, my daughter is 1 month 12days old. She's exclusively on breastfeeding, Her stomach makes gurgling sound after feeding. Even after burping her the sounds continues. She becomes fussy and there is lack of sleep since 3days due to this. I feel like she has too much gas. I do give her tummy time and tummy massage. If I make her sleep after 30-40min of burping period, she still spits up. She's kind of having acid reflux. I give her colic aid if the crying continues for more than 2 hours but it doesn't make her calm. She's more Fussy during the night. @Dr Raju Gujarathi please help
