Hello mam, first of all thank you so much for this session.
I'm a mom of 11th month baby. As I know about diastasis recti I have more than 2 fingers gap b/w my ab muscles. I dint consult my Dr yet. I just check myself. From 1 month onwards I'm doing little bit exercises like kegels, squats. But I don't know how these are going to work. Will you plz suggest me perfect workouts for closing diastasis recti.
And more thing is still I'm feeding to my baby so I'm not following any diet. Is any diet may follow to repair diastasis recti. If yes then plz tell me what must to take in diet.

@ kirangni...you need to consult surgeon, as there is little role of exercise and diet in diastasis recti. You will need surgical correction if; family is completed
