I have hypothyroid and have been detected eith it during pregnancy.

I am pretty sure i had thyroid since before pregnancy because of the articles- symptoms i have read online.
My q is

1. What are the consequences if i had pre-pregnancy thyroid as oppsed to the ones detected during pregnancy?

2. Do i have to continue the tablets life-long?

3. What is the easiest way to differentiate between hypo/hyperthyroid.

4. How to manage thyroid naturally after pregnancy?

5. Can hypothyroid be managed without meds post pregnancy. ?
