#askzinal I am sorry I missed the q&a session today. I had few doubts.
My baby girl is almost 4 months old and was 4.5 kg at her 3.5 months appointment. Birth weight was 1.9kg Dr says weight gain is fine. She is heathy, active, pees and poops fine.
But I feel she doesn’t nurse till my hearts content. She has 5-6 hours sleep stretch at night. 4 hour long nap during day. Rest time I feed her as much as possible. But her nursing session sometimes last for only 3-5 mins. She seems content after that. Even if I force her to feed she doesn’t eat :) just plays around, smiles and coos.
Is it Normal? Is the milk intake proportional to a baby’s weight? She is either super efficient in sucking or just has a low appetite.
