Avocado toast is really quick and extremely nutritious.

Along with avocado being the main ingredient which is packed with antioxidants, nutrients, and healthy fats it also consists of sesame seeds and sunflower seeds that are rich in iron, vitamins, calcium, and other essential nutrients.

To make an avocado toast:

- Cut 1 avocado in half, remove the seed and scoop out the avocado flesh in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and pepper to it as per your taste and mix it well.
- Now apply this avocado paste on a grilled/toasted buttered slice of multi-grain bread.
- To season it with sesame and sunflower seeds. In a greased pan roast the seeds for about 2- 3mins till it turns light brown and then top these seeds on the avocado toast.
