baby chakra application is very helpful as it's designed well n is vibrant community of moms who keep helping others ,expert advice is very valuable here.some how moms attach to this application and feels like an important member or family,one thing I am really disappointed is there are only few mom stars who are rewarded n pampered with gifts , also only few are given chance to open up, some lobby kind of thing ... I am a mom star n I am active in this application since long,helping other moms,gainning knowledge from other moms , but I see other new mom recently joined getting pampered via gifts not me. I was never considered.now here the question is not of getting gifts ,it's just simple why every body like me us not treated equally. I don't feel like active on this application now avdays , n this is happening naturally to me. sorry I don't want to express more. thanks

Hi Anon, I echo what Priya just said. There will be several momstars here who would vouch for the way we are really fair about how we recognise our MomStars. There are practical difficulties associated at times to send out recognition swag to our moms as we do not have all addresses so we communicate via email, so do always keep a tab on your emails. We try our best and it is a two way communication too. I would encourage you to reach out to us directly and speak up. We always listen and take feedback. Please feel free to reach me at nehaagarwal@babychakra.com and we can speak for sure. :) In the meantime, please do not loose heart. All MomStars are super special to us and we in no way differentiate. There is no reason to differentiate. Yes moms are differentiated basis levels depending upon how much they help and we will be communicating it shortly. So do watch out for it. We love you and will always do! Hugs.

Hi Anon. We are really doing our best to make this app enjoyable and helpful for all. We have had many volunteers to help us make this app more useful to others. They have also volunteered to do Q and A and Mommy Take overs. Having said that it is just a matter of time. We have had a few slots for gifts and as we speak (chat) the entire Mom Star process is being revamped to make it more easier and much more transparent. Do allow us some time on this. There are and will be a fair system on recognition and reward for all our helpful moms. Babychakra will keep you updated shortly on this. Till then I would like to thank you for helping out.
