baby in breech position means babys head is up towards the upper portion of the uterus and legs are down towards the vagina. This is commonly seen in the 2nd trimester. It is not alarming. The baby keeps turning all the time till the 39th week of Pregnancy, so you can expect the babys position to turn from breech to vertex (which means head is down and legs are up).

no... at early pregnancy baby is mostly in breech position only. which means head up.. in later stage of pregnancy it will come in cephalic position means head down position.
