As advised by Babychakra expert Sonali Shivlani(Prenatal) - It is not advisable to put anything in the baby's ear. The human ear has a natural mechanism to clean itself and in fact if you put anything in the ear it can lead to infections. Do not even clean the inside of the ear with a cotton bud. Just wipe the outside folds with a warm moist cloth.
