When baby was in NICU they used to mix calcium drops in milk and give. When he had cold I asked pediatrician about mixing...He said it's fine.

Ohhh Kamalini it's really big task especially when you are alone to handle....anyways don't worry hold his mouth from left hand like pouch n give syrup in small spoon from right hand keep holding for 2, 3 sec but you have to hold him in semi lying position....but I guess dropper is better instead of spoon...good luck dear...will pray for his speedy recovery.
