There is a big deficiency for good daycares. I've heard corporate offices do provide/outsource facility.<br>
Anyways it's really difficult to decide. If there r other family members then a nanny can be kept, as she will be under supervision. <br>
But with nuclear setups there is literally no clear-cut answer.<br>
Some do find reliable nannies to leave baby alone with..it's an emotional gamble. Depends on baby as well.<br>
All said n done, We really need high quality daycare facilities in our cities n towns <u>as</u> family Dynamics r changing now.
