My son has a very sensitive skin. he has severe eczema. We found that out as he had a lot of patches on his skin suddenly and his face was full of rashes. I initially found out that it was an allergic reaction to J&J products and stopped using it but later were also found with Dr's consult that he has eczema and we were advised to stop soap of any brand, stop gramflour. Now before bath I massage him with coconut oil for 10-15 min and give him Luke warm water bath with himilaya bubble bath and immediately after he is out of the bath room we put sebamed cream and 10min after that top it up with meemee cream. Also during the day in current weather conditions in Bangalore I give me a oil / meemee cream massage in the afternoon too.
when I change his diapers I will make sure I will apply a generous amount of coconut oil.
we were advised to give him sunbath everyday and I get sun towards my house only post 1 so I give him sunbath everyday and I see a lot of difference in his skin.

my daughter was born in march in delhi yet she had patches of prickly heat or rashes you may call. we applied powder cream etc but nothing worked. finally my malish wali told me to apply few drops of mustard oil mixed with few drops of water in a paste form and apply. it really worked
second she had rough skin patches for tat cetaphil cream really worked. its a saviour. i still use it for her on a regular basis. its a tube form. can share a picture.
then around 5th month or so I changed her diaper brand for few days till the time regular brand got delivered. this cause rashes and for this we used Abzorb powder while making her wear a diaper. and the time we left her open we applied a cream (forgetting the name) shall share the prescription soon. worked well.
