The standard answers are eat small meals don't have long gaps between meals and avoid oily and spicy foods. A quick home remedy is water plus cooking soda plus lemon juice. This can help relieve acidity. Also try drinking a little shot of cold milk to relieve the acidity.

First of all take a lot of water during the day. Try to take atleast 4 litres of water everyday. Secondly, drink cold unflavoured milk or coconut water on empty stomach. Thirdly, take gelusil for instant relief. Lastly, avoid spicy and fried foods.&nbsp;
