When it comes to cooking for your toddler, you may feel drained out of ideas. To feed your fussy eater is a herculian task many a times. So today I introduce a weight gaining snack using banana for toddlers. This’s a quick recipe which you can give to your toddlers.
Ingredients
Banana(Nenthran)- 1 Ghee-3 tbsp Sugar- for taste Cardamom powder- a pinch
Method: Cut bananas in round and keep it aside. Heat a pan and add 2-3 tbsp of ghee. Add banana and fry till golden brown. Remove from pan and sprinkle sugar and cardamom powder.
