Ingredients :
1 ripe banana
1 egg yolk
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
Oil for pan frying the omelette
Preparation :
1.Mash the banana with a masher.
2. In a mixing bowl whisk the banana with the egg yolk till well combined.
3. Season with black pepper powder
4. Heat a pan and drizzle a little oil on it. Pour half the batter on the pan.
5.Cover and cook on a low to medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
6. Flip the omelette carefully and cook the other side as well.
7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
