Banana Sooji Porridge 😋😋

Recipe for 14 month old baby. If you are introducing these recipe for first time please start with 1/2 bowl. These recipe can be given at mid morning 11:00 am or in the evening around 6:00 pm

INGREDIETS:

1. Roasted sooji - 2spoon

2. Ghee - 1/2 spoon

3. Banana - 1/4 for first time ( try with different fruit apple or pears as well.

4. Elachi powder – 1 pinch

5. Water - 1 cup

6. Jaggery - As required

7. Dry fruit powder - 1/2 spoon

METHOD:

1. In a allumium bowl, heat 1 cups of water and allow it to boil.

2. Add the roasted sooji slowly to the boiling water and mix without lumps.

3. When the sooji well cooked, add ghee, mashed banana, jagerry, Elachi & dry fruit powder.

4. Mix it well for 5 to 6 min dont make it too thick let it be in liquid form.

5. Serve the Banana Sooji Porridge to your babies or toddler in lukewarm.
