On Sunday me and Nyasa went to Usha The Hab in Khar west for an introduction to sewing class. It was a 2 1/2 hour session where they introduced us to the basic electronic sewing machine. And also made us practice using it on paper...we did straight lines, curved lines, triangles, circles etc. It was crazy as one needs great hand and leg co-ordination and me and my girl used a sewing machine for the 1st time in our lives...surprisingly she enjoyed it and finished half an hour before me! I was so proud of her. Kids are pretty smart now a days! I was stressed out after the session as my back pained and a lil heavy head too...but she had fun and wants to now learn further!
