#Tipsandtricks Gud Til mini laddoos for Chronic Cough! Home Remedy for chronic cough. Recipe Update:
Ingredients:
Gud: 500 gm finely powered or grated
White Til: 50 gm
Black Til: 50 gm
Desi Ghee about 50 gm
Method:
•Roast Til for 4-5 minutes
•Add gud/jaggery powder and melted Desi Ghee.
•Stir quickly on very low flame preferably in a non stick pan not kadhahi.
•Mix well so that there are no lumps. It should not melt completely. It should be powdery but sticky.
•While it is hot make small round laddoos.
•Incase it gets cold before you can make laddoos, reheat the whole mixture on a very low flame. Make sure you crumble it before reheating.
•Store in a glass jar
Dosage: Have one laddoos twice a day.
Optional tip: You can add black pepper powder to it.
