Barley Khichdi

Barley - 1/4 Cup
Moong Dal - 1/4 Cup
Potato - 2 Tbsp
Water - 1 1/2 Cups
Ghee - 2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/3 Tsp
Curry Leaves - 2
Turmeric - A Pinch
Pepper - A Pinch
Salt - 1/2 Tsp

1. Soak the main grains (Barley) and Dal/Lentils for 30 minutes
2. Follow rest of the steps in above Video
3. Number of Vigils in pressure cooker - 4 and simmer for 5 minutes
4. No Salt for babies Less than 1 Year
5. Pepper is optional for babies Less than 1 Year
