Lavanya is our first child, when we get the good news people suggested to have medicine and cow milk etc etc for baby boy. Bt me n my husband never listened to thm . My husband said agr ladki hui to IPS officer bnaenge n ladka hua to dekha jaega. We always see people wrship to have boy to make their family grow but my husband said this n i again fall in luv with him.

I m blessed gal. In my mom's home i got first cycle , first scooty before my bro n cousins. I m nt a sports person n dont lyk to go outside to play bt i was always encouraged to do outdoor activities. To study whatever i want, to go my friends place , to do my shopping alone etc.

So is lavanya , my family was super happy when she was born. Its nt they were nt happy if boy was born. Bt we ol knw bias means restriction only for gals.

Her father wants to teach her karate n boxing instead of dancing .

One day she said tht i cant ride bike bcoz vo boys chlate h ..thn her baba made her understand tht beta there is nthng a gal cant do.

Also in future if we had boy we will surly make him learn to help in household chores, to respect gals, or to learn dance if he wants to.

Parenting is nt abt raising a boy the ryt way or a gal the ryt way, its abt raising a child ryt way.

Its all about building a character in ur child to be a good human whether a boy or girl.
