#bbcreatesclub#detoxrecipes#detoxtips#Nutrition 🌻Eating Clean Detox Indian life style is all about indulging in desires, to become free from guilt of every kind. Body craves certain foods at certain times. If the desired foods are denied, it stays in the sub conscious mind as ‘unfulfilled’ memory. These unfulfilled memories over time, crop up as disturbance and increases guilt within. Like non-violence is desired at certain times, self defense is the way at other times. None of the above is ‘good’ or ‘bad’. What needs to be used, needs to be used, based on time, space, place, intent, desire and such. Allowing guilt to flourish in the mind body spirit energy, is the greatest form of violence towards the self. Too much of anything is bad. A balance of everything, just enough is needed. Knowledge needs to be used in practical life for every kind of equilibrium. Tastes, colours, forms and more are most important in the Indian way of life. This in India is ‘eating clean’. Eat just enough, not too much
Eat when hungry
Eat while in a calm state of mind
Eat when you eat. Do not do anything else while eating
Sit in one place and eat in peace. Do not walk around
Try not to talk while eating
Drink enough water
Eat something sweet first in a meal
Eat everything the stomach can digest
Eat keeping in mind seasons, weather conditions - Kapha Vata Pitta - outside and within
Eat while the sun is up, do not eat when the heat has reduced on earth after sunset All body organs are made to throw away excess. Overdoing of any one thing will show up later in life as a condition or symptom. Sometimes as emotions of anger, helplessness. Upavasam is good to break patterns. Do as advised by ancestors, not the new age kinds. Irritability, hormonal imbalance, anger, anxiety, hoarding, guilt, living in the past or living in the future - are some of the drawbacks of ‘eating clean’, ‘intermittent fasting’, ‘vegan’ and such of the Western kind. Indulge in everything possible. Lead a fulfilling life, full of laughter. Learn to keep balance. Moderation is God. Moksha in a way means living a guilt-free life.
