1. Apple eaten raw or taken as juice helps clear disorders, it helps in digestion as well as easy bowel movements
2. Stewed apple helps cure loose motions which is a frequent phenomenon in growing infants, it can be given as a home remedy for acute or chronic dysentry.
3. Combine a mix of red and orange fruits and vegetables e.g. Make a puree of half apple and carrot, add a pinch of cinnamon (dal chini), nutmeg (jayfal) and 1 geounded black pepper. Upon cooling add strawberry for a tangy taste (if you wish). This leads to satiate appetite, increased immunity and the carotene, vitamin A and vitamin C provide good metabolism and leads to prevention from allergic cold and sneezing in children.
