Skincare guide for pregnancy ....

Skin problems are the most common issue during pregnancy like dry skin, itchiness, pigmentation, and specially stretchmark. So, as soon as my second trimester started, I started taking care of my skin, so that later on I don't have to deal with all these skin problems.
So, here is a quick guide of my skincare routine.

1) Hydration: Water is very important to keep your skin moisture from within, it helps to keep the skin supple and reduce tearing of skin layer. Make sure you drink lots of water, it will flush toxin out of your body and keep your skin healthy and glowing.

2) Healthy Diet: Eating the right kind of food and avoiding all kind of junk food not only keeps your body healthy but also helps to keep your skin clear. Have lots of fruits and veggies, it will be good for your baby as well.

3) Skincare products: It is very important to use products which are toxin-free, so try to look out for natural products which are free from all those nasty chemicals.

Soap Free body wash & face wash: Use soap-free products for the shower as it will not wash off the natural oil from your skin, it will help to keep the skin moisture even after a shower. Use warm water for bathing, as too hot or cold will make your skin dry and itchy.

Massage your skin with good oil before shower, not only it will relax you but will keep the skin moisture.

Never ever skip your moisturizer, use it as soon as you are out from the shower. This will help the skin to absorb the moisturizer well.

4) Stretchmarks & Itchyskin - Use a good stretch mark cream and oil from second trimester itself and continue using it after delivery as well.
I have used THEMOMSCO. products throughout my pregnancy and right now post-delivery as well, they have worked great on my skin, I have super dry skin and trust me I have or never had any itchiness, dryness at all plus fewer stretch marks.

The best part is they are toxin-free and use the natural ingredient in the products, also their products are certified toxin free which is good as no one want to apply any chemically ladded products, especially on the belly while being pregnant. They have this amazing pack which has stretchmark body butter and oil (contain Seabuckthorn and Rosehip Oils that heal the skin), it works great as I used to apply the oil right after shower and at night use to apply thick layer of body butter on my thigh, belly, and breast as well and massage it in, it kind of gave complete nourishment and required hydration to my skin, after use my skin use to feel soft and supple.

Do give it try as I am sure you will love it.

I hope this post will help to keep your skin problem at bay during pregnancy. Let me know, if you all have any questions, will be happy to help.
See you until next time, Happy Pregnancy!!!!
