Pros and Cons of leaving a conventional job and working towards unconventional ways of earning .

PROS:

1) You can be with your child without being worried about the work and deadlines .

2) You child will have sense of security someone is there when needed .Which would be beneficial for his/her emotional stability .

3) Try what interests you : You can devote time in things which really interests you.work on your hobbies.

4) There is no rush : you can relax, can have 5 minutes for yourself while having tea or coffee. You are are not always on Run . You can take 5 minutes of extra sleep in the morning or in Shower . You can enjoy breakfast with your family /Kids .

5) Less frustration : You will have more time to spare in your hand so you will get less frustrated if your child throws tanturms while eating or getting ready .

5) You feel in control : One can Balance between work and house .You can chose the hours in which you want to work .

6) Flexibility : Unconventional Methods provide you flexibility of hours and amount of work you want to take .
Cons of chosing unconventional methods.

1)No regular income :You will no longer receive those messages at end of every month. Your A/c has been credited with ××××. This is major Setback .

2) Dependency on your husband for various expenses intially .

3) You will miss getting ready and going out .

4) Your friend getting promoted can make you jealous and Demotivated .
Starting from Square 1 is difficult . You need to be extremely focused and determined if you need to start second innings . You have to constantly remind yourself the very purpose of leaving your job . But Remember sometimes you always have to take step back to pick great momentum like a bowler in cricket always goes back a little while throwing a ball to get momentum .
