hello my dear lovely moms this is very healthy recipe.

NUVVULA LADDU

Ingredients

1 cup Sesame Seeds

2 tbsp roasted chenna dal

Half cup dry coconut powder

3/4 cup Jaggery

Procedure

Heat a heavy bottomed pan. Add and roast the sesame seeds over the low flame until they are a light color.Do not burn the seeds.

Transfer them to a plate and let them cool completely.

In a blender the roasted sesame seeds are added and grind it into a coarse powder. And added to a roasted chenna dal and dry coconut powder and grind it.

Now add to the jaggery to it and grind it together.

Now the mixture was transfer into a plate.And shape the mixture into round balls like a laddu and store in an airtight container.

Tip: some childerns are not to eat laddu in that time you will try give to a powder form.
