#Beat the heat with home made natural Aam panna.. it's so simple to make and delicious too..helps in fighting heat stroke..

ingredients required- raw mangoes (around 3), roasted and grinded jeera, salt, mint leaves (optional), sugar
1- peel and boil raw mangoes

2- mash or grind mangoes with around 1 litres of water and mint leaves

3- add salt( as per your requirement), roasted jeera powder, pinch of sugar..

Mix well, serve and enjoy..

we too make this..&#160; Its tastes yum.. <br> but we pressure cook the rajapuri mangoes for 6-7 whistles..&#160; than after it cools down take out the pulp. add sugar accordingly and grind the mixture..&#160; than boil the mixture.&#160; let it cool completely.<br> add black salt,&#160; jeera powder and salt.&#160; let it cool under fan and refrigerate it..<br> during the time of making sherbet add water and grind with hand boss.&#160; serve it chilled&#128525;<br> thanks for the tag <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @61321b91c71eba0013440537 </b></font>
