Ingredients
Small beetroots boiled, peeled & cubed 2
Mulberries 12-16
Strawberries 10 + to garnish
Gooseberries 14-16
Fresh blueberries 16-20
Walnuts roughly chopped 10-12
Tender coconut cream 20 grams
Fresh mint leaves 20-24
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Milk 2 cups
Method
1) Blend together mulberries, strawberries, gooseberries, blueberries, beetroot, walnuts, tender coconut cream, mint leaves and yogurt and blend. Add milk and blend till smooth.
3) Decorate the rims of 4 tall glasses with strawberries, pour smoothie into them and serve immediately.
