"Beetroot and Bajra Porridge

Ingredients :
1. pearl millet flour /bajra - 2 tbsp
2. water - As required
3. beetroot juice - ¼ cup

Preparation :
1. Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan.
2. Whisk to get a lump free mix.
3. Cook the mix on low to medium flame for about 7-10 minutes.
4. Serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.


Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
