Yesterday, hubby and a went on a date after a long time and we really enjoyed our time together. He mentioned that he has seen a positive change in me in the last few months, I don't sulk about things anymore the way I had started after NAVISH was born,well I don't completely blame myself because first-post partum depression/anxiety hits most women and second adjusting to a completely different life does take something..
But it is just time..or something more?
I think there are so many factors that are responsible. Happiness comes from within.. and this is so true! So how come we don't spend time with ourselves often? Sometimes of just being me..The much needed "ME TIME" Being Mom is really a full time job and imagine if you were to work at your office all day long without any break.. how would you feel? Tired,Bored,Demotivated?
So taking out that time for yourself is the"Key for being a happy mom"
Two big factors that take away our happiness and self confidence is-An identify- Do something you're passionate about. We all have talents and some are hidden. Just find your hidden talent and make a career out of it. Who knows when a small venture turns out to big bussiness. Just thinking about it will give you some adrenaline rush😍
✅FITNESS-Being fit is another most important thing that makes us feel good about ourselves. Join a swimming class,dance class or just go cycling because going to gym is not the only way to stay fit. How do you like the ideas.. it's nothing new but a lot of us need just a reminding something. There are so many more ideas to share. If you guys like the topic I'll share more fun and creative ideas of spending some "Quality Me Time" that help in self confidence
