2. Take few pods of garlic, ginger, green chillies, few cumin seeds, hing or asafoetida and salt as per your taste and grind them together along with the soaked moong daal.
3. Grind it to a dosa batter consistency.
4. You may add curry leaves as well for taste.
5. Now, put the batter on the pan and prepare the chillas.
6. Have your yummy chillas with coriander or pudina chutney. Your healthy, nutritious breakfast is ready. Moong daal is high on nutrients, antioxidants and contains folic acid as well.
