✔️ Focus on your breathing while performing every step. ✔️Do it gently while moving from one pose to other without any jerks. . ✔️ Practice it empty stomach or after 2–3 hours after having food.

✔️Best time is to do early morning facing east towards the sun.

This asana must be avoided if you are suffering from the High blood pressure, Lower back pain, Arthritis or joint pains, Heart problem and in case you are pregnant. For beginners, 10-12 sets of Sun Salutation is quite good. However, if you can do 108 surya namaskars, nothing like it..:-) .
