Besan ke cheele ka Raita.

This is my mom's recipe.She used to make it for me whenever i visit to Maayka because she know i like it very much.It is very simple recipe,infact it is two in one recipe.Lets see how it is.

Ingredients..
✔Besan(gram flour) (one cup)

✔Butter milk or sour curd(one cup)

✔Cumin seeds(one spoon)

✔Turmeric powder(one pinch)

✔Red Chilli Powder(half spoon)

✔Garam Masala(one fourth spoon)

✔Salt as taste

✔Corriander leaves (one spoon)

✔Oil for frying

✔Beaten curd (one bowl)

Now take a bowl n take all ingredients in it,accept curd n oil.By using buttermilk or sour curd make a batter without any lumps.Now heat tava n pour one spoon oil on it.When oil becomes hot,pour one spoon of batter on it.Let it fry from one side n after some time change the side n let it fry from another side.At one time u can make two to three cheele .

Now dip these cheele in normal water in a bowl.Aftet few seconds,press these cheele with ur palms n squeeze out the watet,so that it becomes soft.
Now add these cheeles into beaten curd.Add salt,red chilli,black pepper,chat masala n enjoy it.
It is called two in one recipe because the cheeles we made can be eaten as snack with tomato or green sauce n another is in raita form.When my mon made it,firstly i eat cheele n then in raita form.I liked it so much😋😋
