Besan Laddo . Ladoo is everyone fav sweet. This is one of my childhood sweet. Easy and tasty. We usually used to purchase outside. But I want to try healthy homemade foods this time for my little one. . Ingredients:
❤️ Ghee - ¼ cup ❤️ besan / gram flour- 1 cup ❤️ powdered sugar - ½ cup ❤️ cardamom powder - ¼ tsp ❤️ nutmeg powder - ¼ tsp ❤️ pistachio & almond - ¼ cup finely chopped ❤️ Saffron strands - 6-8 strands. ❤️ cashews broken- 10-12
. Preparation:
❤️ take a thick heavy-bottomed nonstick pan heat ghee. Add besan once the ghee starts melting. ❤️ keep mixing in low flame for 30-40 min. ❤️ continue stirring to avoid burning and break the lumps in between. ❤️ The besan changes golden brown color and aromatic. Forms a silky shiny texture. ❤️ now switch off the flame and transfer to a bowl and allow it cool completely. ❤️ now add rest all ingredients: nuts, nutmeg, sugar, cardamom, saffron strands. Mix well with hands ( apply ghee to hands ) until everything combines. ❤️ take a small amount of laddoo mixture and make round laddoo’s and place cashew in the center. Enjoy homemade besan ladoo for Diwali. . If you try this recipe, don't forget to tag me. Have a happy and safe Diwali. . Storage : 10 days Source : @minsitry Serves: 15-20 laddo’s Duration: 50-60 min. . Tips: add more ghee if the ghee looks insufficient. If the laddoo mixture becomes hard and dry after allowing to cool, heat for a min. It will come to the normal state. Don't add sugar when it's hot, laddoo mixture will turn liquidy. . . . . . #laddoo#laddo#laddu#besanladdo#besanladdoo#diwalisweets#BBCreatorsClub#rajisrecipes#rajicooks#diwali#sweets#happydiwali
