There is not best as such... But yes; do your research. All hospitals have a package so check accordingly. The more popular the hospital is, the more bill they will charge. Kailash fortis and max, I'd suggest to avoid these. Not sure about MNC. I chose indo gulf hospital and I was happy with their service, but yes they made us spend a lot.
