Ingredients
Puffed rice (kurmura / murmura) 4 cups
Oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic cloves sliced 1 tablespoon
Raw peanuts 1/2 cup
Curry leaves 1 sprigs
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Dried mango powder (amchur) 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method
1) Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and raw peanuts and sauté on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Add curry leaves and sauté till fragrant on low heat.
2) Add red chilli powder, dried mango powder, salt and mix well and sauté for 1 minute on low heat.
3) Add puffed rice, mix well and sauté for 6-8 minutes on low heat. Switch off the heat. Set aside to cool down.
4) Transfer bhadang into an airtight container and serve as and when required.
