# tired of instruction manual MIL#
If somebody can be 100% clean that's my MIL. She just loves cleaning i must admit. But the problem she pesters everybody to be as clean as her n the result is all maids RUN AWAY. Now we have reached a stage wherein im unable to find a maid :(. These maids keep taking to each other n have spread the word that it's very difficult to work in my house because of my Mil.
She has the habit of instructing what to do n how to do something everyday which maids feel offensive. Thr point is let us do the task. if something wrong then correct us.
PS : My mil is very supportive in all matters except for this cleanliness thing.

hey dear, whenever u keep a maid, explain her about ur mil's nature and ask her not to get offended if she says something, just never let the maid know that u are not in tune with ur mil's behaviour. why don't you try offering ur maid some extra bucks considering ur mil is not going to change.
