Blessed with a baby boy yesterday..thanks to babychakra for all the support. please guide me how to increase breast milk supply to feed my newborn.
since I have had a c sec on 17th please suggest hot or normal water should I take or ajwain water?

congratulations to u n the baby🌹😊 feed on regular intervals for good supply of breastmilk, have atleast 2-3 litres of water daily and drink water before every feed. tc😇
