Today I am sharing with you a very common yet widely used Bengali sweet item called Gur-Narkeler Naru or Jaggery coconut ball with a twist. And the twist is a Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly twist. Narkeler Naru is mostly used in pooja and Bijaya Dasami. Here is the ingredient you required to make Jaggery Coconut Ball with Alpenliebe twist.
1.Two Medium size Coconut
2. Gur/ Jaggery - 300 Grams (preferably semi liquid jaggery. If jaggery not available replace it with sugar)
3. Any flavour of Alpenliebe.
4. Dry fruits (optional)

First, Grate the coconut and mixed it with your semi liquid gur/jaggery. After mixing it well leave it for 5 mins. In the mean time heat the non-stick pan slightly. Then put the mixture into the pan and stir it for 20 mins. You have to stir it continuously to get proper result. Stir until the coconut turns to light brown. If you are using sugar then you can add some elaechi and milk powder to it. If you manage to get good seasonal jaggery then stir until it turns dark brown.After cooking around 20 mins check the consistency of that mixture. After mixture is ready switch off the gas. Start making small coconut ball because if mixture gets cold you will not able to make any coconut balls. Put alpenliebe Juzt Jelly as stuffing while making those small ball.
