Boon For New Breastfeeding Mommies.
Breastfeeding is the best thing new mums can give to their Baby.Eating certain food rich in nutrients that are proven to increase breast milk supply by our grandma's and some also by doc. Tried and Tested by me as I am also a Breastfeeding mom.
💫 Aleev/Garden cress seeds/Halim(you can get these in grocery store) - It's highly nutritious,boosts breast supply and also good for mom's bone's.(Make it's kheer or laddo).

💫 Green leafy vegetable - spinach(palak) and fenugreek leaves(Methi).

💫 Sesame seed(Til)- Eat as you like(Raw or mixing it with jaggery(gud))

💫 Papaya.

💫 Cumin(jeera)and sugar- Chew it raw together.

💫 Drink 2 glass of milk.

💫 Drink lots of water.
