Brain development for your child: how to grow the smart part
Pre -Frontal cortex;
In the prefrontal cortex, or in the "smart" part of the brain, executive functions are controlled, including logic, reasoning, empathy, planning, reflection, impulse control, and emotional regulation.;
INFANTS; .....PEEKABOO, hide a toy under a cloth and encourage the infant to look for; it . talk to your infant as much as possible, songs or chant with simple hand emotions;
TODDLERS;.... Song games with many movements are also fun . include Teddy bear turn around, I'm a little teapot or head,shoulder,knees and toes ,try new skills such as throwing and catching ball, walking a balance beam,running up and down, jumping,flying like a bird or walk like a Avenger;
3 -5 years;provide opportunity to test themselves [physically through climbing structure ,balance beams ,seesaws,frog jumping;and most important;;FREE PLAY;
5-7 years; Required Attention;
Board and Uno card games that involve strategy.
Physical activities that required attention such as :
freeze dance ,musical chairs,khoo khoo game , red light ,greenlight simon says , guessing games like I spy and dumbshrad and lots of Imaginary play;
