Bread Pizza; with homemade pizza sauce

Ing.for pizza sauce--

Tomatoes 5

Onion 1 medium size

Garlic 3to 4 cloves

Salt

Chilli flakes

Origano

Little bit of sugar

Oil

Method--

*First blanch the tomatoes...

*Remove the skin and make puree...

*Put oil in the pan.then saute chopped onions.

..*Put tomato puree and saute.

.*Add the spices and sugar...

*.Saute till dry
Bread pizza--

*Take slices of bread...

*Apply pizza sauce...

*Then place chopped veggies like onion, tomato, capsicum,corns.

.*Shred over some grated cheese...

*Now u can toast the slices on tawa or bake in microwave till the cheese melts...

*Garnish with chilli flakes and origano....Serve hot with ketchup !
