Method -
- Prepare double pack Maggi as we make normally
- to this add butter tadka of chopped green chillis, onion and tomato with a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it cool
- Take bread and remove sides
- Just sprinkle drops of water on bread pieces
- Take bread piece with wet hands and press - Now fill it with prepared Maggi and give a firm roll .
Join sides of the roll which will stick with the help of water.
- Make all rolls and keep them aside for 10 Mts and let dry
- Fry these in oil until turn golden brown.
Serve hot
P.s. ensure Maggi gets inside the bread completely and is not out of roll as they get fried too otherwise
